It is our goal to provide complete satisfaction with your purchase.   If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we will  be more than happy to return or exchange your item for free as our commitment to you subject to the terms and conditions of this return policy.

Except as provided below or on the product's page, you have 60 days from the date your item ships to return your item.

• Orders to USA Destinations qualify for Free Return Shipping

• Orders shipped to International Destinations also have 60 days to return a qualifying item, but, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. To request an international return, please send an email to returns@halleyreh.com and include your order number, item number and the reason for returning the product. It is highly advisable to insure your package in case it gets lost in transit.

• Regardless of shipping destination, the following items are considered FINAL SALE and returns are not accepted for personalized and engraved jewelry and custom created orders. Any items should be returned with the tag intact.  Broken, damaged and/or removed tags cannot be returned.

Our valued customers get free standard shipping any where in the United States.   Expedited shipping methods may be purchased at checkout for international orders.

Most domestic destinations ship via UPS services and require an "addressee only" signature for products valued at $2000 and more upon delivery.  Internationally, we use DHL and other carriers, delivery requirements may vary. 

All shipments within the United States and Territories ship free via UPS 3-day shipping. Other shipping methods may be purchased at checkout for an additional fee.

 

When Will My Order Ship? 

Estimated handling times may vary and are indicated on the product's page. 

 

In-stock products are available to ship immediately.  Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the next business day exluding weekends and holidays. 

 

Please allow up to 24 days, excluding weekends and holidays for made to order pieces.  After processing, the item will ship based on your selected shipping method at checkout.

 

*Shipping Restrictions

• Shipments within the United States ship via UPS services and require an "addressee only" signature upon delivery. Internationally, we use DHL and other carriers, delivery requirements may vary.
• APO/FPO locations are shipped via USPS registered mail and delivery may vary.
• Charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the order page during checkout.
• We require an "addressee only" signature upon delivery of all shipments.
• We do not ship to hotels or Post Office boxes.
• Due to payment authorization restrictions, shipping addresses cannot be changed after order is placed and payment is approved.
• The risk of loss and title to the items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, pursuant to our shipping contract with our carriers.
• Halley Reh is not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, email or computer malfunctions or any other causes beyond our control.

We are committed to ensure the quality of your purchased jewelry and we will repair and maintain your jewelry for a lifetime. We stand behind all our products and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. 

 

Every piece of our jewelry is inspected prior to shipment.  Any issues present with an item upon receipt will be covered free of charge and a return shipping label will be provided to get the piece back to us for  repair.

 

Our lifetime warranty offers free prong tightening, re-polishing, and cleaning services.

 

In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry or you are in need of other services that are not covered under our lifetime warranty, your jewelry may be mailed to our office for evaluation and inspection. We only ask that you cover the cost to safely ship the item(s) back to us for service which is normally $10-$20 through insured priority mail.   You will be notified for any work where charges would  apply before anything is done to service your jewelry.
