With each jewelry purchase, Halley Reh's lifetime warranty that offers repair of your jewelry's normal wear and tear, maintenance and cleaning service for a lifetime is included.  Maintenance includes free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating, broken chain, and worn-out bracelet or necklace clasp.  In the event that there is a problem with your jewelry or you are in need of other services that are not covered by our warranty, your jewelry can be mailed back to us for evaluation.  Once inspected, you will be notified should any charges apply prior to any service done to your jewelry.

We stand behind all Halley Reh manufactured products.  Exposure to any harmful conditions, unreasonable force or damaging substance and any alterations made by other jewelers aside from a Halley Reh certified jeweler will void this warranty.

To send us your jewelry, make sure that you purchase insurance with your mailing label.  If you are a US-based customer, we strongly suggest that you use USPS registered mail to easily track the progress of your shipment.  All serviced jewelry will be shipped back to you free of charge.
